Booking Conditions & House Policies
- A minimum notice of 2 days before check-in is required.
- Minimum stay of 7 nights in August, with flexible arrival and departure dates.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the rest of the year, with flexible arrival and departure dates.
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-in are available upon request (€30.00).
Payments & Cancellation Policy
- A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.
- The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival and is non-refundable.
- For reservations made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- A €500 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 10 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection confirming that no damage has occurred.
- Reservations may be cancelled at any time; however, all payments made are non-refundable, with the exception of the security deposit.
- Payments are accepted by bank transfer.
